Well after months of preparation it's finally time.

Back in September I took a Japanese Pop Culture course as an extra elective and a Japanese Language course too, later I found out that taking either made me eligible to go on a study tour to Japan (with a whole bunch of hoops to jump through along the way).

Long story short tomorrow my class is flying over to Japan.

I've never been out of the country before and I've never been fond of planes but we'll see how it goes.

Anyway a downside is I'll have limited access to the Internet, they actually discourage carrying to many electronics so I guess I'll be a bit disconnected for a while. I can understand though, its technically not a vacation. But I don't mind, I just never thought I'd be going to Japan.

Well this is just a heads up that I'll be inactive for a bit.
